  • AHS-5-LV 5.0kW US-standard Solar Battery Hybrid Controller has been extensively optimized for 110V/115V/120V voltage systems, fully complying with U.S. electrical standards; it represents an ideal choice for residential energy storage and small-scale commercial applications. At its core, the unit employs DSP control and dual-loop technology to deliver a stable, pure sine wave output, thereby ensuring a high-quality power supply for sensitive loads.
  • In terms of performance specifications, the AHS-5-LV demonstrates exceptional energy conversion efficiency. It features a rated output power of 5.0kW, coupled with robust peak load-bearing capabilities, allowing for an instantaneous surge power of up to 10,000VA. The device incorporates a built-in, high-efficiency MPPT charge controller capable of supporting a maximum solar PV input of 6,000W; with an MPPT efficiency reaching as high as 99.9%, it ensures maximum energy harvesting across varying lighting conditions. Regarding conversion efficiency, the peak efficiency for PV-to-inverter conversion reaches 96%, while battery-to-inverter efficiency stands at an impressive 94.5%. The unit supports 48V battery systems and offers full compatibility with both lithium-ion and lead-acid batteries, featuring a lithium battery activation function as well as BMS communication capabilities via RS485 or CAN interfaces.
  • Designed to withstand harsh operating environments, the AHS-5-LV features an IP54 protection rating, effectively shielding the unit against dust and moisture to significantly enhance system reliability and service life. Its intelligent air-cooling design—combined with comprehensive protection mechanisms against short circuits, overvoltage, undervoltage, and overload—provides multiple layers of safety assurance for system operation. Furthermore, to accommodate future expansions in power demand, this model supports parallel operation of up to six units, enabling users to easily construct larger-capacity power systems.
